Shailoo Bedi is a counselling intern at MindKey Health working toward her Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation in British Columbia. She enjoys supporting children, youth, and parents navigating anxiety, school challenges, life transitions, and parenting stress. Andrea Bennington RCC, CCC
Andrea completed her Master of Counselling Psychology Degree from Yorkville University in 2021. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with The British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), and a Certified Canadian Counsellor with The Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She has also completed the San’yas Indigenous Cultural Safety Training. She works with children (including those dealing with ADD, ADHD and those on the Autism spectrum), Adults (single & couples) and their families. Andrea also works with LGBTQIA2S+ individuals providing gender and sexuality affirming and inclusive counselling care.
Since moving to Victoria in 2013 she has been involved with several organizations including Stigma-Free Society (Formerly, The Bipolar Disorder Society of British Columbia) as a Mental Health group facilitator and Mental Health Recovery Partners, South Vancouver Island (Previously, The British Columbia Schizophrenia Society, Victoria Branch) as a peer support worker.
She supports solution-focused, client-centred, and recovery-oriented philosophies rooted in strength, growth, and resiliency. She believes that with the right support individuals have a boundless ability to mobilize change and growth in their lives. She builds therapeutic relationships based on trust, unconditional positive regard, and on-going rapport. Beth Boyd
Beth Boyd is a counselling intern completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She brings nearly two decades of experience in education, including many years as an Inclusive Education Teacher supporting children and youth with diverse learning, emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental needs.
Beth has worked closely with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized supports that foster resilience, growth, and connection. Her counselling approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused, with a focus on helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. Her background and training in working with neurodivergent children and youth, including ADHD and ASD, are areas of particular interest and specialization.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys time outdoors skiing, hiking, and paddleboarding with her family, walking local beaches with her dog Marley, and relaxing at home with her cat Oliver.

Amy is completing her Master of Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University and is looking forward to supporting young clients at MindKey Health. With over 20 years of experience teaching in high, middle, and primary schools, she understands the importance of managing big emotions so that students can focus on their learning and establishing healthy connections with peers and family members.
As a counselling intern, Amy prioritizes the therapeutic relationship and takes the time to establish a trustful connection based on warmth and understanding. Working with young clients and their families, she hopes to highlight individual strengths while setting reasonable goals to establish strategies for managing challenges with a growth mindset. Amy is also able to provide strategies and support for navigating classroom struggles and IEP meetings.
When not counselling, Amy enjoys spending time in nature exploring trails and beaches, or puttering in her garden. She is an avid road tripper and adventure seeker with her daughter and two chocolate labs.

Dr. Terra Pritchard is excited to be part of the team at MindKey Health. She has been working as a mental health clinician since 2013. She holds an MA in Counselling psychology and a doctorate (PsyD) in clinical psychology. She has been a registered psychologist in British Columbia since 2021. She has worked with children and adults in a variety of settings over the years including outpatient individual mental health treatment, group therapy, and in adult residential and inpatient settings. Her area of clinical expertise has been the assessment and treatment of trauma, however she is consistently expanding her areas of skill particularly in the field of assessment.
Dr. Pritchard grew up on Vancouver Island, and is grateful to be raising her family here. She enjoys reading, hanging out with her dog, and exploring nature with her family.
